1st Quilt Topper

I wanted my first quilt to be easy and a lot of me.  I went to Hancock's and found a pretty black fabric with purple. The fabric also had blue but I really wanted the purple. I tooke that fabric and found other fabrics to coordinate. I was pleased with the finished fabrics and also how the pattern was done. It was really easy to make and I completed the topper at a retreat. I want to Free Motion Quilt (FMQ) it so it is going in the UnFinished Objects (UFO) pile till I learn a little more about FMQing.

Starting A Journey

I started All Stitched Out to showcase my embroidery/applique business. Little did I know that my friends would get me hooked on quilting too. I have fallen in love with quilting (I guess it is in my jeans). I wanted to start a blog to showcase my progress on my quilting journey. I hope you enjoy the ride!
